3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on the package and time of cancellation:

  • 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Processing fees may apply.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. Mama Afrique will not be liable for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mama Afrique is not liable for losses or damages to personal belongings.
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, natural disasters, or political unrest.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

6. Health & Safety
